KleverLab introduces a new line of PCR kits for the detection of avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) and the differentiation of vaccine strains.
This new portfolio enables the detection of IBV in avian samples using the KleverVet IBV screen PCR Kit, as well as the accurate differentiation of vaccine strains, including variants QX, 4/91, Mass, D274, and 02.
Examples of PCR efficiency in detecting and differentiating vaccine strains are demonstrated in Figure 1 and Table 1.

Consistent results were observed across a wide range of virus concentrations. The positive control signal is shown in red.
