The KleverVet IBV-Variant Mass PCR Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of the Massachusetts genotype (including strains M41 and H120, as well as related vaccine strains) of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) RNA. Detection is performed using a one-step real-time RT-PCR method in avian biological materials, such as cell culture supernatant, tracheal swabs, and tissues or organs (such as trachea, lung, kidney, ovary, and cecal tonsils).
