The KleverTest ASFV PCR Kit has been successfully validated by CISA-INIA/CSIC, the EU Reference Laboratory for ASF (EURL-ASF)

Validation of the KleverTest ASFV PCR Kit confirmed its ability to detect a broad range of ASFV variants, accurately identifying 21 out of 24 known p72 genotypes with 100% sensitivity. The kit was also tested on 268 reference samples, 291 field samples, and 40 negative samples from INIA-CISA (including blood and various tissue samples from infected domestic pigs and wild boars). It demonstrated a diagnostic sensitivity of 98.6% and a specificity of 97.5% compared to the WOAH-UPL reference method.
