New kit for detection of bacterial vaginosis using qPCR

It accurately measures the imbalance between predominant Lactobacillus spp. and opportunistic bacteria (Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginae) in biological samples, including vaginal smears, scrapings, and discharge.

The KleverTest ASFV PCR Kit has been successfully validated by CISA-INIA/CSIC, the EU Reference Laboratory for ASF (EURL-ASF)

2025-07-11T11:37:28+00:00Validation of the KleverTest ASFV PCR Kit confirmed its ability to detect a broad range of ASFV variants, accurately identifying 21 out of 24 known p72 genotypes with 100% sensitivity. The kit was also tested on 268 reference samples, 291 field samples, and 40 negative samples from INIA-CISA (including blood and various tissue samples from infected domestic pigs and wild boars). It demonstrated a diagnostic sensitivity of 98.6% and a specificity of 97.5% compared to the WOAH-UPL reference method.
