Description
The KleverVet IBV Screen PCR Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) and avian gammacoronaviruses (γ-ACoV, incl. turkey coronavirus). Detection is performed using a one-step real-time RT-PCR method in avian biological materials, such as cell culture supernatant, tracheal swabs, and tissues or organs (such as trachea, lung, kidney, ovary, and cecal tonsils).
