The KleverVet IBV-Variant 02 PCR Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of the 02 genotype (also known as IS-1494, GI-23, incl. vaccine 2-06) of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) RNA. Detection is performed using a one-step real-time RT-PCR method in avian biological materials, such as cell culture supernatant, tracheal swabs, and tissues or organs (such as trachea, lung, kidney, ovary, and cecal tonsils).
