The KleverVet IBV-Variant D274 PCR Kit is designed for the qualitative detection of the D274 genotype (also known as D-207, incl. vaccines) of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) RNA. Detection is performed using a one-step real-time RT-PCR method in avian biological materials, such as cell culture supernatant, tracheal swabs, and tissues or organs (such as trachea, lung, kidney, ovary, and cecal tonsils).
