Description

KleverVet ASFV Triplex PCR Kit designed for the fast qualitative detection of African swine fever virus DNA in the clinical material (serum, plasma, blood and tissue samples from pigs and wild boar) by real‐time PCR. For individual and pooled (up to 20) samples. Pooling recommendations and regulations may vary by country. The sensitivity of the kit is 1000 genome equivalent copies of African swine fever virus DNA per 1 ml of sample.
