KleverVet Brucella AMOS PCR Kit

KleverVet Brucella AMOS PCR Kit designed for the fast qualitative detection Brucella spp. DNA and differentiation of Brucella abortus, Brucella melitensis, Brucella ovis and Brucella suis in the biological materials of animals (cattle, pigs) by real‐time PCR. The sensitivity of the kit is 1000 genome equivalent copies of Brucella spp. DNA per 1 ml of sample.
