KleverVet Canine distemper virus PCR Kit is designed to detect the RNA of the Morbillivirus canis which causes canine distemper (CDV) also known as footpad disease in variety of mammals, using the one-step RT-PCR method. The sensitivity of the kit is 1000 copies of Morbillivirus canis RNA per 1 ml of sample.
