The KleverVet Anaplasma phagocytophilum PCR Kit is designed for the detection of Anaplasma phagocytophilum RNA/DNA in animals (cats, dogs, horses, ruminants etc.) and ticks samples using one-step real-time RT-PCR. The kit sensitivity is 1 000 copies/ml of Anaplasma phagocytophilum NA. The kit contains uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP to prevent carryover contamination.
