Description
KleverVet Q fever PCR Kit is designed to detect the DNA of Coxiella burnetii in biological material (blood, milk, urine, feces, mucus as well as infected ticks) using the qPCR method. The limit of detection (LoD) is 500 copies/ml based on extraction from a 100 µL sample volume. To prevent false-positive results caused by carryover contamination from previous amplification products, the kit includes uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP.
