The KleverTest Beef/Pork/Horse ID PCR Kit enables the simple detection and differentiation of cattle (genus Bos), swine (Sus scrofa) and horse (Equus caballus, Equus ferus) DNA in biological material (blood, serum, tissues, etc.), food products (sausages, minced meat, etc.) and feed samples using qPCR. The Kit contains uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP to avoid contamination of the PCR mixture with products of previous PCR reactions and false-positive results.
