The KleverTest Beef/Sheep ID PCR Kit enables the simple detection and differentiation of sheep (genus Ovis) and cattle (genus Bos) DNA in biological material (blood, serum, tissues, etc.), food products (sausages, minced meat, etc.) and feed samples using qPCR. The Kit contains uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP to avoid contamination of the PCR mixture with products of previous PCR reactions and false-positive results.
