Description
The PuriVet Total DNA/RNA Isolation Kit is based on magnetic bead technology and is designed for the efficient isolation of total DNA and RNA from a wide range of veterinary, food and environmental samples, including muscle tissue homogenates, whole blood, plasma and serum, faeces and faecal swabs, smears and swabs, saliva and urine, conjunctival discharge and cerebrospinal fluid, arthropods, milk, culture enrichment media, water, and feed/forage (including flour).
The purified high-quality DNA/RNA is suitable for direct use in downstream molecular applications such as PCR and RT-PCR.
The prefilled-plate versions are supplied with all necessary consumables and are compatible with automated extraction systems: Auto-Pure Mini and Auto-Pure S32 (RKI-PMV-M-64P) and KingFisher™ Flex (RKI-PMV-KF-96P).
