KleverVet Helicobacter pylori PCR Kit is designed to detect the DNA of Helicobacter pylori in biological material (feces, upper endoscopy swabs/smears) using the qPCR method. The limit of detection (LoD) is 1 000 copies/ml based on extraction from a 100 µL sample volume. To prevent false-positive results caused by carryover contamination from previous amplification products, the kit includes uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dUTP.
