The KleverTest Borrelia PCR kit is designed to detect RNA/DNA of tick-borne bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (B. burgdorferi sensu stricto, B. garinii, B. afzelii) using one-stage RT-PCR with real-time detection of results in laboratory clinical practice. The sensitivity of the kit is 1000 genome equivalent copies of Borrelia per 100 μl of sample.
