KleverTest Staphylococcus aureus DiTox PCR Kit is designed for the fast qualitative detection and differentiation of enterotoxin-encoding genes in Staphylococcus aureus isolates. The kit enables rapid genetic characterization of S. aureus pathotypes based on detection of key virulence markers: sea (enterotoxin A), seb (enterotoxin B), sec (enterotoxin C), sed (enterotoxin D), and see (enterotoxin E).
