New kit for detection of bacterial vaginosis using qPCR
FloraCheck BV PCR Kit uses real-time quantitative PCR to detect bacterial vaginosis by monitoring changes in the vaginal microbiome. It accurately measures the imbalance between predominant Lactobacillus spp. and opportunistic bacteria (Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginae) in biological samples, including vaginal smears, scrapings, and discharge.
