KleverTest Porcine Circovirus 2/3 PCR Kit designed for the fast qualitative detection of Porcine circovirus types 2 and 3 DNA in the clinical material (serum, plasma, whole blood, organs, oral fluids and nasal swab samples from pig and wild boar) by real‐time PCR. The assay is a single‐well real‐time PCR in which PCV-2, PCV-3 and Exogenous Internal Control (EIC) targets are amplified in different channels. The sensitivity of the kit is 1000 genome equivalent copies of PCV2/3 DNA per 1 ml of sample. The PCR kit contains thermolabile uracil-DNA-glycosylase and dUTP for prevention of carry-over contamination. KleverTest Porcine Circovirus 2/3 PCR Kit is validated for the following real-time PCR instruments: Mx 3005P qPCR System (Agilent), Rotor-Gene 6000 (Corbett Research), Rotor-Gene Q 5/6plex Platform (QIAGEN), CFX96 Systems (Bio-Rad), QuantStudio™ 3/5 Real-Time PCR systems (Thermo Fisher Scientific)
