Description
The PuriPrep Total DNA/RNA Isolation Kit is designed for the extraction of total RNA and DNA from a wide range of samples. These include swabs, scrapings, and secretions from the mucous membranes of the urogenital, respiratory, and digestive tracts, as well as various biological fluids (urine, prostate secretion, plasma, serum, saliva, conjunctival discharge, cerebrospinal fluid, pleural, synovial and amniotic fluids, bronchoalveolar lavage, sperm) and blood-feeding arthropods. The isolated nucleic acids are intended for subsequent analysis using PCR and RT-PCR methods.
This kit can be used with samples that contain low concentrations of nucleic acids. The isolated DNA/RNA is suitable for downstream molecular biology applications, including qPCR and RT-PCR. The PuriPrep Total DNA/RNA Isolation Kit has a simple and convenient protocol, with an extraction time of less than 25 minutes per sample.
