Recombinant Bovine Serum Albumin (rBSA) is an animal origin-free albumin, expressed in yeast cells. rBSA can be used for protein stabilization during long-term storage and incubation in enzymatic assays and PCR, prevention of enzymes adhesion to reaction plates or pipette surfaces. Due to rBSA higher consistency and homogeneity than native bovine homologous, its superior performance effectively blocks non-specific binding, ensuring precise and reliable results in assays. Supplied in lyophilized form.
